When your cPanel account reaches full capacity, the server sends an automatic warning email to the contact email address configured under the "Update Contact Information" icon. If you find that a particular folder is quite large, go back and use the E-Mail Disk Usage page to manage this folder even if you no longer need the email. To solve this problem, you can archive old emails using an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird. Check your webmail logs to delete old messages if necessary, to recover some space.
